Guangzhou Sincerity Holding Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sincerity Holding Group" or "Sincerity") was established in June 2003. Its global headquarters is located in the Nansha Free Trade Zone, Guangzhou City. The group's business scope covers the research and development, global promotion, and service support of power products such as complete motorcycles, motorcycle parts, agricultural power machinery, general machinery, and energy-saving electric vehicles.

The group has long been dedicated to cultivating and branding the African market.After decades of development, it has successfully created multiple well-known independent brands. Among them, the independent brand APSONIC has become a leading motorcycle brand highly favored by consumers in West Africa.After years of hard work, the group has established long-term and stable cooperative relationships with hundreds of excellent partners in West Africa, East Africa, and other regions. Together, they have built thousands of terminal sales networks, achieving a network coverage rate of over 90% in local markets and ranking among the top motorcycle brands.
