Sincerity Holding Group was established in 2003. The group's business scope covers the research and development, global promotion, and service support of power products, including complete motorcycles, motorcycle parts, agricultural machinery, general machinery, and new energy-electric vehicles.

For the past 20 years, Sincerity has always adhered to the original mission of "driving the continuous improvement of the living standards of Africans through power.". We are committed to becoming the representative of the top enterprises in Africa's industry and private Chinese enterprises in the Belt and Road Initiative, embodying a grand vision. We have consistently focused on the industrial chain of power products (manufacturing, logistics, marketing services, etc.) and user application scenarios (transportation business, leasing business, etc), by continuously innovating business models, and exploring the value of the industrial chain. Our products are exported to 16 countries in Africa. We have marketing service centers established in 8 countries and 4500 after-sales service outlets. Our network coverage rate is over 90%, which ranks us first among all motorcycle brands.

The Sincerity group has always adhered to three localization development strategies: "human resources, investment and construction, and brand marketing."In Africa, we have more than 10 subsidiaries and 2 manufacturing factories, with over 1000 local employees.The group has six independent local brands, with APSONIC emerging as a top motorcycle brand popular among West African consumers.

In 2023, Sincerity's brand APSONIC officially entered into a strategic partnership with the Confederation of African Football (CAF), becoming the first official partner of the motorcycle industry in the history of the Africa Cup of Nations.

  • Establishing a Second Brand | In 2011, the group initially planned to establish a second brand of accessories, TSZ.
  • Storming the Banks of the Oué River | In 2010, the group further expanded its market advantage in Burkina Faso and entered the Bobo-Dioulasso Region along the banks of the Oué River.
  • Venturing into the Gold Coast | In 2009, the group expanded into the Ghanaian market, which is known as the "homeland of cocoa" and is one of West Africa's economic powerhouses. The group increased its presence from north to south throughout Ghana.
  • Connecting with the Motorcycle Capital | In 2008, the group established an office in Chongqing, also known as "Motorcycle City," to improve its supply chain responsiveness.
  • Birth of the " African King" | In 2007, APSONIC introduced its first tricycle, which became popular in West Africa and solidified the brand's reputation as the "African King" of tricycles.
  • Building Dreams in the Land of Gentlemen | In 2006, the company expanded into Burkina Faso, also known as the "land of gentlemen," and established the APSONIC brand in West Africa’s inland markets.
  • Establishment of Independent Brand | In 2005, the first brand, APSONIC, was founded, introducing the brand concept of "good quality, good life."
  • Initiating the Accessories Business | In 2004, the group officially started selling accessories and expanded its reach to the surrounding areas by leveraging the advantages of the Xin Gangxi commercial and trade center.
  • The Emergence of Sincerity | In 2003, Sincerity Group was established, commencing its motorcycle brand agency business in Lome, Togo, capitalizing on the benefits of the deep-water port.
