On September 24, 2026, Beijing time, Ms. Solange Amichia, Director General of the Côte d'Ivoire Investment Promotion Centre (CEPICI), and Mr. Kone Alahoulet, Technical Advisor to the Minister of Industry and Trade of Côte d'Ivoire, led a delegation to visit the Guangzhou Nansha headquarters base of Decheng Holding Group. Dr. Zhang Lian, Chairman of the Group, personally led the senior management team to warmly receive the guests from afar.

The Côte d'Ivoire Investment Promotion Centre (CEPICI) was first established in September 1993. After its restructuring in 2012, it became the sole window and one-stop platform for investment in Côte d'Ivoire. It is a government agency of Côte d'Ivoire that promotes private investment and strengthens private sector development, and is an important driver of the country's national economic structural transformation.
The delegation toured the corporate culture area of the Group's headquarters building with great interest. When they saw the football used in the final of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations in Côte d'Ivoire on display, they felt a strong sense of familiarity, and expressed appreciation for the Group's brand APSONIC's support for the social development of Côte d'Ivoire.

Subsequently, the delegation was invited to visit the motorcycle showroom and the technology R&D center. In the motorcycle showroom, motorcycles with novel designs, a premium feel, excellent quality, and rich functions caught the delegation's eye. In particular, the new energy models carefully developed by the Group made the delegation eager to try them. Ms. Solange Amichia, the Director General, even volunteered to act as a "spokesperson."
At the technology R&D center, the delegation focused on inspecting the motorcycle test chamber system that Decheng had built in response to the needs and pain points of the African market. This system can comprehensively simulate the real operating conditions of users in Africa, especially in sub-Saharan Africa. The R&D and testing system, which integrates modern science and technology with localized African conditions, left a deep impression on the delegation. The representatives asked many detailed questions and spoke highly of Decheng's emphasis on technology R&D, product quality, closeness to the African market, localized validation, and corporate social responsibility.

After the visit, Dr. Zhang Lian, Chairman of the Group, led a team to hold face-to-face discussions and exchanges with the delegation in the Sky Garden meeting room of the headquarters building. Through the discussion, the delegation gained an in-depth understanding of Decheng Group's overall investment and development strategy in Africa. They expressed appreciation for the sound development of the Group's business segments, including complete vehicles, spare parts, general-purpose machinery and agricultural machinery, and new energy, and said they would fully support the Group's investment and development layout in Côte d'Ivoire. Dr. Zhang Lian, Chairman of the Group, said that Côte d'Ivoire is one of the Group's important markets in West Africa. The Group remains optimistic about the local investment environment and market development prospects, and will further increase its local investment layout, strengthen industrial complementarity, and expand the value space for cooperation.

At the symposium, as Côte d'Ivoire is a major agricultural country in West Africa, in addition to paying attention to Decheng's mobility segment, the delegation also showed strong interest in Decheng's rapidly developing AGBON-brand mini tillers, rice mills, and other agricultural and general machinery products. They also held in-depth communication on the local application of relevant products in Côte d'Ivoire and possible investment cooperation.

In the future, Decheng will continue to uphold its development philosophy of being rooted in Africa and integrating into Africa, stay in tune with the socioeconomic development of Côte d'Ivoire and other African countries, maintain full communication with local government departments, and thereby achieve a new stage of corporate development from "going out" to "going in."
