Canton Fair | DeCheng: From Product & Brand Exhibition to Value Chain Cooperation Solution Export

May 06, 2026

On April 15, the 139th Canton Fair (China Import and Export Fair) kicked off in Guangzhou. DeCheng Holding Group made a collective appearance at the motorcycle brand exhibition area with its three major brands: APSONIC, TSZ and APSONIC PRO. Different from previous sessions, while showcasing its new-generation products and promoting a refreshed brand image, DeCheng unveiled its Full Value Chain Cooperation Program aimed at long-term common growth with partners. Centering on in-depth cultivation of regional markets and the sustainable development of partners, DeCheng put forward its clear propositions and action plans.

Reputation Is Real Hard Currency, and Development Is the Absolute Principle

“The Canton Fair serves as a vital platform for building long-term trust, yet we believe the foundation of such trust is undergoing profound changes,” said an on-site representative of DeCheng Holding Group.
“In the past, trust was built on clients seeing, touching and testing our products. Today, deeper trust lies in our ability to systematically address clients’ concerns covering market layout, inventory management, after-sales support and brand building — and this is exactly the core value of the Full Value Chain Cooperation Program.”

An African buyer visiting the Canton Fair for the first time commented: “I used to regard DeCheng merely as a seller of motorcycles and spare parts. After learning about the program, I realize they can deliver all-round support ranging from product design, market promotion and channel management to localized after-sales services. This represents an entirely new dimension of cooperation. We are in great need of such long-term support, which helps us gain greater competitive edges and build a solid local reputation.”

With the market development across Africa and other regions, local consumers have access to a wider range of choices and have become more sophisticated and rational.
“If a motorcycle is of poor quality and its spare parts are unavailable, our end customers will feel deeply frustrated and dissatisfied. They will also warn everyone in their communities not to fall victim to bad products,” the African buyer shared.

Against such market backdrop, drawing on over two decades of profound experience in the African market, DeCheng takes building a solid reputation and pursuing mutual development as its long-term cooperation goals. Through the rollout of the Full Value Chain Cooperation Program, it helps downstream distributors secure sustainable profits and guides partners onto a sound path of high-quality development.

From Showing Strength to Delivering Substance: DeCheng’s Solution for Sustainable Development

Products lay the foundation, quality and services provide assurance, and operational management capability stands at the core.

At this Canton Fair, DeCheng exhibited the ALOBA series classic two-wheel motorcycles — flagship models of the APSONIC brand in Africa. Also on display were the AP150ZH-175 MAX three-wheeler tailor-made for high-intensity short-distance transportation in Africa, the AP150ZH-300 load-carrying three-wheeler equipped with the new-generation mid-drive technology, alongside multiple high-performance engines and a full range of motorcycle spare parts.

In terms of soft power, DeCheng showcased the customer acquisition effects brought by APSONIC’s three consecutive partnerships with the Africa Cup of Nations — Africa’s top sports event. It also demonstrated how its integrated R&D capability and professional pilot production platform enable products to adapt to local harsh operating conditions, and how its localized after-sales service network safeguards consumers’ routine maintenance needs and fosters a favorable market reputation.

The Full Value Chain Cooperation Program is DeCheng’s innovative initiative to embrace high-quality export development, accurately capture evolving market demands, and pursue joint construction and shared growth with partners. The program covers major modules including customized product development, lean production, efficient logistics, intelligent inventory management, brand empowerment and all-round after-sales services. It also supports partners with advanced business management concepts and methodologies, as well as a rapid collaboration mechanism linking front-end marketing, middle-platform logistics and back-end R&D.

At the exhibition booth, the DeCheng team no longer merely introduced product parameters or simply showcased manufacturing prowess. Instead, based on each overseas partner’s market stage and business pain points, they systematically illustrated how to create incremental value through combined service modules, help partners strengthen internal capabilities and focus on substantive competitiveness, and ultimately establish a sustainable development model.

Normalized Value Output: DeCheng Upgrades Positioning from Manufacturing Exporter to Strategic Partner

This marks the 32nd consecutive year that DeCheng has participated in the Canton Fair. Through continuous communication and value exchange with global merchants, DeCheng has completed its strategic upgrade from a product exporter and brand promoter to a full industrial chain value enabler.

During the fair, DeCheng’s booth received a steady stream of buyers from Africa, South America, the Middle East and other regions.
Adopting an integrated six-dimensional model to deliver targeted empowerment, DeCheng’s transformation — From Product Supply to Value Delivery — not only embodies its strategic resolve to deeply cultivate global markets, but also clearly defines its brand-new positioning: a strategic value chain cooperation partner for global emerging markets.
